L/C has been the most popular payment
condition for international trade until today.
But L/C holds a lot of problems.
1) We have to pay an expensive banking charge/cost
for L/C.
2) We have to be bound by L/C conditions opened
by ourselves. It means we bind ourselves. We have
to amend the L/C many times whenever we face discrepancies.
3) We open L/C after providing securities to our
bank but the owner of the shipment is not us, but
the bank.
Why should we be suffered from such problems?
We have to be free from the problems. You don't
need to open L/C, to pay the high banking cost,
nor to amend L/C many times.
Just deposit the money to a bank to be deginated
by Globia Network with a contract signed by both
seller and buyer. The bank will issue a payment
note to the seller on behalf of the buyer. The
seller can ship the goods with the note. After
shipping the goods the seller will submit the
letter of payment permission to be issued by the
buyer to the bank. And then the bank will pay
the amount in the letter to the seller.
In short, the bank will pay a role only as a money
conveyor. Our main purpose is to sell and buy
